The free estimate is for repair enquiries.
If you have a broken or damaged device and you have no idea how much it will cost to repair, fill out the free estimate to find out.
It’s free and you don’t need to send us the device either.

The repair price estimated by our system is an estimate only, based on the information you have provided.
It is possible that the price to repair the unit is higher than the estimated price (for example, if the information provided was inaccurate, or if your unit has other faults).
On these occasions you will be contacted via email or phone to authorise a new repair quotation.How long does it take?
Almost all quick estimates are answered within 24 hours, but usually it’s much faster than that.What if I don’t know what’s wrong with my device?
Sometimes it is difficult to give a quick estimate without seeing the device first, so if you fill out a <a style=”color: #81d742;” href=”/electronic-repair-request/”>‘Repair Request’</a> you can ship the device to us, free of charge. Once diagnosed we will give you an exact quote for your repair.
Repair RequestWho is your courier?
The courier we use is An Post and DPD.How much does the courier cost?
There is a free drop-off service from anywhere in the country, but please be advised, there is a fee of €10.00 for return shipping.
We use DPD even it is not the cheapest option but the most reliable, also all shipments are tracked and insured.
You will receive an email and text message prior delivery with the exact time frame.How long will the repair process take?
The turnaround time is usually 2-5 days if spare parts are in stock for your device.
We always keep you informed of the current status of your repair.
You can track the repair here from the moment your device arrived in our service centre.You have ordered parts for my repair when will they arrive?
Usually we will email you the estimated arrival time for your parts, however sometimes the delivery can vary depending on supplier, forwarder and customs.
We always use the most economical shipping option in order to provide affordable repair prices, therefore parts from outside Europe can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. We also offer a express repair option if your repair is urgent.I got a quote for my repair. What happens if I decline?
In the event that we have completed our diagnostics on a device and a new quote is necessary, we charge a service fee of €30 to cover the engineers time and return shipping, if the customer decides to not go ahead with the repair.What if you cant repair my device?
In the unlikely event that parts are not available or we simply cant repair your device we will return the item as is without any costs for you.Do you provide any warranty?
Absolutely. We provide a 3 month warranty on almost all repairs, the only exceptions to this are liquid damaged devices,pcb boards and any faults which arise due to a design flaw (GPU Reflows, etc)What Does A Repair Cost?
Repair costs depend on your device / model and your coverage under warranty, you can obtain a free estimate first. However, we will always quote you first if a free estimate where not requested before or possible.When and how do i pay for the repair?
Unlike other companies we will not charge anything in advance.
Once the device has been repaired we will issue a proforma invoice which can be conveniently paid online.
Repair StatusWhere do I find my login details?
When your device arrives at our repair centre it is immediately checked in and we generate login details and email them to you.
This email will also contain a link to the ‘Repair Status’ section of the website.What do i use the customer portal for?
In the customer portal you can find all details to your repair from estimates to invoices.
You will also be able to leave us comments, check the status of your device or submit a proof of purchase.
