Will my item be insured against damage or loss during transit (delivery and return)?

All items sent to Electronic Partners are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Prior to Electronic Partners receiving such items, the risk of loss and title for such items remains with the customer. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to us upon delivery from the carrier (An Post).

We use the An Post Express Return Tracked Service for all our shipments which means all parcels are Insured for up to €100 inclusive compensation for loss or damage. Please also see An Post Compensation Policy.
