If your product has been previously serviced by Electronic Partners and has failed again with the same fault you can simply select Repair Request > Warranty Repair > Option 1 > EP’s Warranty Repair from the Services Menu to request a warranty repair within the 3 month warranty period.
Prestigio Warranty Repair
If your Prestigio product has failed within the 1-year manufacturer limited warranty period simply select Repair Request > Warranty Repair > Option 1 > Prestigio Warranty Repair from the Services Menu to request a warranty repair.
