All repair requests are usually processed within 3-5 working days from the date they arrive at our repair centre. However, it can take up to 4 weeks for parts to arrive if they need to be ordered especially for your repair. During busier times repairs can take longer to be processed, and we can not guarantee any turn around times. If you do require the unit back quickly, then we strongly recommend that you select the “Priority Repair” option.
