We will always requote you if any additional faults are discovered during the repair or the free estimate does not match before we proceed.
You can, of course, reject the quote if the repair is not suitable or becomes too expensive.
In those cases, we will charge a service fee for diagnostic and return shipping of €40.
You can also simply request the recycling of your device and we will waive all fee’s and our service does not cost you anything at all.
