Hi,
The case of the left earbud has come open meaning the internal components of the earbud are exposed. There does not seem to be any other physical damage but I am worried that there was some shorting with the internal components and the earbud has been damaged. Is it possible to have it repaired so it is fully functioning again? I can send a photo of the current state if that helps with an assessment.
