On power up the amps LEDs all light up as normal but after 2-3 secs they go off and LEDs Direct, Speakers A,B and Mute flash every 2 secs continuously. Performing the factory reset does not have any effect. I have also disconnected all outputs and reconnected one by one performing a reset each time, all to no effect.
