I have 2 Rokit 5s. One of them no matter what outlet I plug it into or power cable I use has a very low, but constant audible hum. The other speaker is totally silent. I use balanced TRS cables and use a Focusrite interface. Ive tested the speaker with no input at all and the hum is there. Its not very loud but its enough to be picked up when recording or annoying at least when the speakers are on. These have been well looked after but we did move house so theres a potential it got a bump on the way but I was very careful. I have tried reducing the gain and most of the troubleshooting steps online but I cannot get the hum to stop and I believe it could be damaged.
