Hello,
Firstly, I have repaired myself the input jack. That was quite OK. The ICO420 was working very good, open with parts separated but connected . Until I had to disconnect and then reconnect the connector of the higher assembly , without removing the battery ! And I saw a little light flash on one of the pins. And since then, no light on leds, no sound !
Looking more in detail I observed that the resistor 39ohm 1W (on lower supply PCB) was KO, so I replaced with a good one, but still not working. Note that when I press ON/OFF button the voltage after 39ohm resistor (yellow wire on connector) is ok. So transistor FL9094 is OK.
I am a french electronician, and I must admitt that I really would be glad to repair my system myself, and for that I just miss the electrical diagram, for a good understanding …
