It is not an aggressive or extremely loud noise, but rather a persistent high-pitched tone.Behavior and troubleshooting already performed:Volume dependence: The high-frequency whine is present even when the volume control is set to zero. Turning the volume up slightly changes or increases the pitch/intensity of the noise.Tube replacement: The preamplifier vacuum tubes have been replaced with a brand new, premium-selected set from TAD (Tube Amp Doctor), but the issue remains exactly the same.
