My Gigabyte RTX 3080 ti graphics card has no video output and when PC is turned on there is no POST Beep or video output when connected. RGB and Fans are working on card. There is no visible damage, slight smell of burning. Card is only 2 years old. I tried an old GPU (GTX 1660 ti) in my PC and that worked. CPU is a i9 12900k and Power is a 1000w gold rated. RAM 32GB of 3600mhz DDR4. Hope this helps.
