Hi,
I have an iMac (core i5 3.6 21.5-inch Mid-2010) that has, I believe, a failed graphics card. I haven't run any diagnostics, other than connecting it to an external screen, to see if the problem persisted (it did).
Basically, when I turn on the computer, it chimes but the screen has vertical pixelated lines on it and then it gets stuck on white screen.
I'm wondering how much would it cost to have it diagnosed and fixed, if it is indeed a failed graphics card?
