Screen is black and not responding, but the system itself is operating, When I plug the computer to secondary screen I was able to use it. It did not have any physical damage to the screen. Also I was getting notifications that the battery is running low and when I plug it it does not charge the battery. I tried to reset the operating system while it was plug to a socket to receive electricity and then the computer shut down during the resetting process. Now when I try to turn on computer it shuts down after about 10 seconds.
