Hello
I have a broken Playstation 4. when i put a disk in the drive it doesnt load. it makes a strange noise once i insert it, the disk loading icon appears in the top right of the tv screen, the console ejects the disk and inserts it again and re-tries to load the game but it doesnt work. there is no error code. it just says "disk cannot be read".Please help
