Hi! I started my drone flying up, and it continued to keep flying, even after I took my finger off the controller. I thought that maybe it had lost connection, so I turned the controller on and off again so it could reconnect. The drone was no more than 20 metres high doing this. When I did this, the drone flew away, but then also crashed (it went over the house so I don't know the exact trajectory) but it landed on the grass. The camera seems to have okay vision, but the camera won't respond to controls, and it shakes uncontrollably. I suspect that the gimbal/camera might need to be replaced but I also don't know what caused the drone to lose control in the first place. Have you experience of this happening, or know what went wrong? It seemed odd, and I'm not sure if I have described what happened well enough, so feel free to ring me for further details that might help. Thank you in advance for your help.
