Hello,
I don't know if this is something you can fix. I recently bought this ( https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B014MHAMJ0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) and it simply doesn't pair with other devices. It doesn't seem to even attempt to. It's the second one I've bought. I returned the first one for the same reason. The thing is it's exactly what I'm looking for if it would just work so I was hoping it might be possible to get it fixed?
If it's not a product you deal with I totally understand.
