My client had a cracked screen on her laptop 5 months ago and we got it repaired from a local repair store. We paid €300 for the repair and I felt that it came back heavier and the screen looked a little thicker. My client just wanted her laptop returned and was happy enough until a crack appeared only last week. My client a psychotherapist is not a person that throws items around the room to have this affect. This first time she did admit to it having a fall. There are some physical damages on it like scratched banged marks some dented. because she owned this laptop for years and will not part with it. I feel awful bad that I did bring the laptop to a local screen repair guy and now they won't help us despite having a reciept and explaining to him that my client was not rough now was she ever. She is a very busy mental health professional and a might good on too, so I wondering all in good faith what would ti cost me to repair this screen that lasted 5 months, on my aunts grave this damage was not done by a reckless or careless move, I believe that the screen that was put in was the incorrect size and weight.
