minor water damage laptop was closed on a table and there was a water leak from the ceiling that caused both USB-C ports to stop working so it cannot charge. I can plug in a lower wattage usb c charger and it would power on for about 30 minutes which allowed me to transfer most of my data off. I think the issue is a short.
