Hello, I am just enquiring if you can replace a 28pin SOP PIC Controller that is damaged on a Motor Control Board, see image. I have already purchased replacement PIC controller (PIC16F876-20I/SO). I simply don't have the equipment to remove old IC and solder new IC in place. Thanks for your time, Mike Foylan.
