Hello,
I believe this to be a straightforward repair for anyone with a set of small soldering tweezers and should take 10 mins max. One of the volume buttons has separated from the mainboard and needs to be re-soldered. I don't think the contact pads are damaged but I can supply a photo if you wish. Please note this is not a mobile phone but a portable DECT handset that's used on a business PBX system.
