The screen is broken. I initially dropped it a few weeks ago and it made a crack in the screen and a bit of glass from the corner fell out, as you will see from the attached pictures. It was working perfect since that damage occured. However I dropped it last night on kitchen tiles and it made a cracking sound, but no further damage appeared on the screen. The screen is just black now. I could feel touch vibrations, similar to when you would enter a screen pattern incorrectly. I tried to re-boot it by pressing the power button and volume up button, this did make the top half of the screen flash and it seemed like it was trying to re-boot but thats as far as I got. I did this a few times and got the same result each time. I tried it in the charger too but nothing.
