Screen is cracked and needs to be replaces and the screen fingerprint sensor is not working properly and I suspect needs to be replaced. The fingerprint sensor is able to record new fingerprints, but the stored fingerprints never work – even after a full factory reset of the phone and all new fingerprints added… so, I suspect the fingerprint sensor is damaged and needs to be replaced.
