Battery is charged to 100% but when uplugged, the battery starts to drain at an alarming rate.
See image attached. Phone will actually shut down now when battery level reaches 50%, and when i go to restart it, it says the battery is dead (0%)….but when I plug it in to recharge, it starts at 51%…
the case at the back of the phone has also popped off, and I can't refit it. I didn't actually notice this until this morning as i have a protective case fitted to the phone. I don't think it's been dropped any time recently, but can't say for sure.
not sure if the battery is fried or whats going on.
