There is 2 problems. (1) The machine was turning on but power was not getting to the motor. (2) I had removed the PCB to take some epicures and then put it back. When I connected it to the power a smoke was coming out of a capacitor. I can see the capacitor cap is raised. At this stage the machine is not starting at all. I have highlighted the capacitor that is risen in the picture attached.
