Hi
I have been having problems with the battery, charger or charging port on my Microsoft surface.it is barely a year old (bought last March). The charger light comes on when plugged in but it is not charging the device. Until recently, it was working intermittently however now it will not charge at all, so I cannot turn it on. I think it is the port as when I fiddled around with it before it would work sometimes and other times not, however I cannot be sure. Could you let me know if this is something you may be able to resolve.
