Device has not been used for a few weeks and has been lying in a drawer. Attempted to switch on device but nothing happened. Plugged in charger and a red light in the top right of the screen began to flash at a steady rate. Normally, the light would be a steady red light that turned to orange/yellow when fully charged. I left the device plugged in overnight but this has made no difference. When I unplug the charger the flashing light goes out and no other lights show. Basically, the device will not switch on and the charger doesn't appear to charge it. I have pressed the on/off and volume switch and the reset switch, but this does not appear to ave any effect.
