The tv appears to not be taking instructions via the virgin horizon box such as change volume but would change up/down stations. Also, on the Phillips remote it would not take instruction to change source etc. When trying to use the virgin box remote it seemed to switch a bit from on off or screen go dark then back on. not sure whats going on very strange
