Hi,
We have spoken to Sony "support" so they went through all trouble shooting in dept over the phone. The issue wasn't resolved so they said they would send a Sony engineer out to us. Unfortunately our warranty was out by a few weeks so they wouldn't honour it. We have decided to source local assistance.The issue is that our TV doesn't connect to the internet. We also tried to get an external arial to get the channels but this couldn't be detected either.
