RMA Return Procedure
Follow these easy steps to return a defective Prestigio product for warranty repair.
- Please download the CSV Template and complete the warranty repair request form.
- Please describe the failure symptoms as, without this description, we will only run the standard tests on the product.
- After submitting the form, you will receive a Service Order ID via an automated response.
- Package the product and address it to Electronic Partners.
Every product comes with a limited warranty where Electronic Partners provide 1 year of service and support. If your product is outside the 1 Year period please contact the Prestigio Support Helpline on 0808-1012102 (Free Phone) directly.
