RMA Return Procedure

Follow these easy steps to return a defective Prestigio product for warranty repair.

  1. Please download the CSV Template and complete the warranty repair request form.
  2. Please describe the failure symptoms as, without this description, we will only run the standard tests on the product.
  3. After submitting the form, you will receive a Service Order ID via an automated response.
  4. Package the product and address it to Electronic Partners.

Every product comes with a limited warranty where Electronic Partners provide 1 year of service and support. If your product is outside the 1 Year period please contact the Prestigio Support Helpline on 0808-1012102 (Free Phone) directly.
